Bead Breaker BBRT 900

Bead Breaker BBRT 900 is the most popular model of our ergonomic bead breakers.

BBRT 900 breaks the bead horizontally and can be used for MC-, car- and C-van tyres. The horizontally bead breaking ensures a much lower number of pressure damages to the rim and a much better working posture compared with the use of traditional vertical bead breakers.

Compared to BBRT 700 this model has some extra features: A magic arm for hold on alloy rims and a practical tool box on the right side. Moreover BBRT 900 is equipped with a large front panel and small panels on both sides that adds an exclusive look to it.

As all our bead breakers the BBRT 900 includes a wheel turning plate that allows turning the wheel 180 degrees without lifting it. This way the fitter is provided the most ergonomic working method when breaking beads.

BBRT 900 comes with 2 level adjustments.

This item can be good to use if you place the Bead breaker next to a tyre changer with center clamping.

It is also a good ergonomic feature if you have a large space between the Bead breaker and the tyre changer - for instance caused by a helping arm placed on the right side of the tyre changer.

With the Wheel turning plate it is ease to move a wheel from the bead breaker to the tyre changer - without lifting it.

BBRT 900 og BBRT 900 XL use

BBRT 900 and BBRT 900 XL are the largest and most advanced AHCON bead breakers.

They differ from the BBRT 700 by being installed with a so called magic arm. This magic arm gives a valuable feature when breaking beads on alloy rims. The magic arm simply gives a better hold on alloy rims.

From the pictures you can see how the arm works on the rim.

BBRT 900 and BBRT 900 XL also differs from BBRT 700 by being installed with a practical tool box that allows you to have your most important tools right by your hand.

AHCON Bead Breakers are key components in complete lines of equipment for mounting tires.

These lines are also known as the AHCON Speedline system. "Speedline" because we know, that our lines systemise the workflow in the workshop - and therefore make it more efficient to work with tires.
