IT 200 Inflation Station

AHCON IT 200 inflation station is a complete inflation station that contains of a rollertable with an open safety gate and PCI 900 computer inflator.

Combine the inflation station with extension tables for a perfect connection with e.g. the tyre changer or the wheel balancer.

THE WORKFLOW WITH IT 200

IT 200 is a good and relevant element in an assembly line for mounting tyres.

An assembly line can consist of a wheel lift, a bead breaker, a tyre changer, an inflation station and a wheel balancing machine.

THE WORKFLOW WITH IT 200

  • The pump hose is connected to the valve of the wheel, and the wheel is pushed into the inflation station.
  • The wished pressure is programmed on the computer inflator.
  • When the wished pressure is achieved the wheel can be pushed forward to the wheel balancer.

IT 200 with extension tables

To make a perfect connection with e.g. the tyre changer or the wheel balancer it is a good solution to combine the IT 200 with the 2 extension tables: 350 mm and 500 mm with tilt.

This way the inflation station will be a perfect part of an optimized solution when mounting and inflating tyres.

The efforts of carrying heavy tires will vanish and the workflow will work perfectly.

Connecting the IT 200 inflation station with e.g. a tyre changer and a wheel balancer, turns the 3 machines into an assembly line.

Starting with mounting a tyre, inflating it and as the last thing balancing it.
