TBR 1200 Safety Inflation Cage

TBR 1200 is the updated and facelifted version of the TBR 1100 safety inflation cage.

The TBR 1200 safety inflation cage is intended for truck wheels and designed to meet all the individual needs of an advanced workshop and to ensure first-class safety.

TBR 1200 is made of modules that makes it possible to achieve exactly the inflation cage, that fits needs and wishes.

It is possible to have 2 roll-out systems - both on the front and on the backside of the cage. This way it is easy to load a wheel from both sides.

TBR 1200 has a bottom made of galvanized steel. This new construction reduces the risk of formation of corrosion on the contact surface with the floor.

All versions of TBR 1200 are manufactured with DUPLEX wire mesh - which means a double protection layer.

TBR 1200 replaces the inflation cage TBR 1100.

THE USE OF TBR 1200

The workflow of using an inflation cage can be various. It all depends on the structure of the cage.

One way could be like you see it from the pictures:

  • The valve is connected to the inflation unit
    This can both be done on the front - or via the side door if the cage is constructed with that
  • The wheel is rolled into the cage
  • The door is closed carefully
  • Finally the computer inflator is programmed to inflate the tyre
  • When taking out the wheel from the cage again the roll-out system can be triggered with the foot.
