Centering Lift WCL 700

The WCL 700 Centering lift is placed in an assembly line just before the wheel balancer.

The lift is designed for lifting the wheel for “weightless” clamping on the balancing machine mandrel. In other words - no more manually lifting of wheels to get them clamped and ready on the wheel balancer.

The function of the WCL is the following:
From the inflation station the wheel can slide down to the revolving platform of the WCL 700. Here it is possible to rotate the wheel 180 degrees. The wheel can then be gently slided to the balancing machine, and be lifted up to the height of the mandrel of the balancing machine.

WCL 700 includes a 1.150 mm lifting rail with a turntable for a 180 degree rotation of the wheel. WCL700 is self-adjusting according to height.

FEATURES:

  • Heavy lifting is avoided when clamping a wheel on the wheel balancer
  • A revolving platform secures an easy 180 degrees turning of the wheel
  • The lifting rail raises the wheel to the height of the mandrel

Centering lift in use

The WCL 700 Centering Lift is a very valuable piece of equipment for avoiding heavy lifting by clamping a wheel on the wheel balancer.

The use
The wheel is moved forward from the inflation station, and from the tilt on the rollertable it is easy to place the wheel on the revolving platform of the WCL.

The wheel can now effortless be turned 180 degrees - and thereby face the wheel balancer from the "clamping side".

The foot pedal of the WCL 700 is pushed, and the wheel is then lifted to the correct height in relation to the balancing machine. This way the mechanic avoids inconvenient lifting and twisting of the back.

MOVIE: Watch the WCL 700 in action

In just 27 seconds we are able to show you how the WCL makes weightless clamping on the balancing machine - and after that - brings the wheel to the wheel dispenser.

Watch and be convinced by the easy handling and high level of ergonomics.

In the example the WCL is placed after the Match Matic 900.

Centering lift in a line

To get the best benefits of using the WCL 700, it strongly suggested to put the genious lift in a line of equipment - also known as a AHCON Speedline.

It can be placed like this:

  • Between the Match Matic 900 and the wheel balancer.
  • Between the inflation station and the wheel balancer.

The pictures show you both situations.

With the use of the WCL 700 you will never have to lift the heavy wheels up to the shaft of the wheel balancer.
