The top of The Wheel Trolley Recycled is made of recycled plastic from the car industry.

The Wheel Trolley Recycled is designed for either 8 tires or 4 complete wheels and has a load capacity of 120 kg/265 lbs. When it comes to its indispensable features in the workshop, we should mention:

Storage of wheels during mechanical work
Transport of wheels from auto lift to tire changers or to tire shelves
Storage of customer wheels when changing from summer to winter tires or vice versa

Wheel Trolley Anti-slip 600

With Wheel Trolley Anti-slip 600 wheels and rims will not slide off the Wheel Trolley under transport.

If the rim goes outside the tyre, often you will see that the wheels will slide off more frequently.

When transporting wheels or rims on Wheel Trolleys, this means – in worst-case scenario, that the wheels or rims may fall of the trolley.

This may be avoided with use of the Wheel Trolley Anti-slip 600.

The Wheel Trolley Anti-slip 600 is made of recycled rubber granules and have a size of Ø600 mm.

Comes in boxes of 20 pcs.
Wheel Trolley Lift
The Wheel Trolley lift is without doubt one of the most popular AHCON wheel lifts.

The semiautomatic lift has a lifting device that is compatible with our very popular Wheel Trolley and Wheel Trolley Off Road.

Use the Wheel Trolley to place the wheels on, when they are dismounted from cars on the lift - then roll the wheels to the assembly line, where the Wheel Trolley Lift is the first piece of equipment.

The wheel trolley with upto 4 wheels is rolled over the wheel trolley lift. After that, using the foot pedal, the trolley and wheels can be raised to ergonomic working height. And thereby save the fitter for a lot of heavy lifting.

The Wheel Trolley Lift makes stepless lift in the height from 0 - 700 mm.

USER-FRIENDLY HANDLING OF WHEELS IN TALL TYRE RACKS

Wheel Trolley Tower Lift is a compact and space-saving truck for the ergonomically correct handling of wheels in extra-tall tyre racks – at heights of up to 5.3 metres.

Tower Lift has a customised tool at its front which is compatible with our popular Wheel Trolley. The actual handling into and out of the tyre racks is carried out by the use of Wheel Trolleys. The job of retrieving and inserting wheels from and into tyre racks can take place at an efficient pace while allowance is still made for ergonomic considerations.

During mechanical work

Wheel Trolleys are brilliant to use in connection with the dismantling of the wheels prior to mechanical work on a car.

The wheels are placed on the Wheel Trolley one by one. The trolley and wheels can be taken around the car until the last wheel is dismounted

When all four wheels are dismounted, the Wheel Trolley can be pushed aside to make the floor free while work on the car is carried out.

This way, you avoid having loose wheels lying around or below the lift while working on a car. This increases the safety of the mechanic and reduces the risk of squeezing the wheels while raising and lowering the lift.

If the wheels are to be transported to a tire changer or the wheel balancer, the Wheel Trolley can work as a transport unit. See the pictures below.

At the assembly line

With the Wheel Trolley the dismounted wheels can easily and effortlessly be rolled to the assembly line for changing tyres.

In order to move the wheels to a good ergonomic height, a Wheel Trolley lift can elevate the trolley and wheels.

When having a wheel rolled over to the bead breaker or tyre changer, the trolley with wheels on can be raised a little up to maintain the appropriate working height.

In this way, the Wheel Trolley Tower Lift becomes a helping hand, relieving shoulders and backs from heavy lifting.

The wheels can now proceed through all stages of the assembly line.
