The WCL 700 Centering lift is placed in an assembly line just before the wheel balancer.

The lift is designed for lifting the wheel for “weightless” clamping on the balancing machine mandrel. In other words - no more manually lifting of wheels to get them clamped and ready on the wheel balancer.

The function of the WCL is the following:
From the inflation station the wheel can slide down to the revolving platform of the WCL 700. Here it is possible to rotate the wheel 180 degrees. The wheel can then be gently slided to the balancing machine, and be lifted up to the height of the mandrel of the balancing machine.

WCL 700 includes a 1.150 mm lifting rail with a turntable for a 180 degree rotation of the wheel. WCL700 is self-adjusting according to height.

The Roll-out ramp is mainly used in first-time assembly lines used to mount new rims and tyres into complete wheels.

It has the ability to create a necessary, fast and ergonomic connection between the tyre mounting line and the Swing lift in a mounting line.

When the job is done on the wheel balancer the WCL can bring the wheel to the roll-out ramp.

From the Roll-out ramp the wheel can be moved on to the Swing Lift, which can lift up the wheel to futher transportation on a roller table.
