Combi Power Walls

The Combi Power Walls are power wall modules, which are combined with a ramp and a dispenser for 4 wheels.

The Combi version of the power walls is equipped with 4 connectors for compressed air and 2 connectors for the connection to further modules.

The idea of using this type of power wall is that it makes the perfect connection from the wheel balancer to the "working area" with the car on the lift on the other side.

It removes the necessity to lift and carry the wheels from the wheel balancer. You just push the wheels onto the dispenser system and from the other side it is easy to bring the wheels to the car.

The dispenser is divided into four "stalls" with a clear placement position of right/left and front/back. This way you always know where the wheels belong on the car.

Combi Power Wall in a line

The Combi Power Wall is mainly used in a mounting line - placed as the last wall behind the WCL Centering lift. 

From the picture you can see the natural placement of this type of power wall.

After having handled the wheel on the balancing machine you use the WCL 700 to bring the wheel to the Combi Power Wall.

And from here it is easy to grab the wheel from the other side and bring it to the car on the lift.
